DontBugMe Plus

allows you to use all Plus-Features of DontBugMe.

It is a one-time payment of $4 (excl. VAT) that you can use on all your personal computers.

Why does "DontBugMe Plus" exist?

DontBugMe is a extension I frequently use myself but I found that I don't have the resources to further improve it - resulting in the extension not getting updates for almost 2 years.

As DontBugMe should help users protect their online privacy and not decrease it, selling user data or implementing large ads into it isn't what I want to do. In 2019 I added a "Buy Me A Coffee" button that should have help fund the project but interactions with it were low.

I always distributed DontBugMe for free and will continue to do so as I think that many people will benefit from it, but I added DontBugMe Plus to prevent DontBugMe to become a stale or unfinished product because of missing funding.

The price is set to a one-time payment of $4 as I think it is a fair price and I don't want to exploit the Plus plan or make it inaccessible for some people. $4 is price some of us pay for a daily coffee or cigarettes so I hope it is a price that doesn't exclude anyone.

What do I get?

With DontBugMe Plus you will gain access to all "Plus Features". This allows you to see more than 2 credentials for a site and vote on credentials yourself. In the future more Plus-Features will hopefully be added to allow more advanced features.

How can I use my license?

After your purchase, Gumroad will give you a license key, which you can activate in the "DontBugMe" extension (more detailed instructions are included in your purchase).

The license can be used across all your personal devices so you won't have to buy multiple licenses.
